How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for airport transfers, early-morning pickups, larger vehicles and busy travel periods. Same-day bookings may also be available depending on vehicle availability.
Is the fare shown online fixed?+
The fare shown is calculated from the trip details you enter, including the selected vehicle and applicable toll information. Melbourne Premier Transfers does not use surge pricing.
Do you provide airport pickups?+
Yes. We provide pre-booked pickups and drop-offs for Melbourne Airport and Avalon Airport. Flight details can be provided when completing your booking.
What happens if my flight is delayed?+
For incoming airport bookings, your flight information can be monitored so the pickup can be coordinated around your actual arrival.
Can I book a baby or child seat?+
Yes. A baby or child seat can be added while completing your booking for an additional $20.
Can I choose a larger vehicle?+
Yes. Choose Sedan for up to 4 passengers, SUV for up to 4 passengers with extra luggage space, People Mover for up to 6 passengers with luggage, or Maxi Taxi for 7–10 passengers. Add unusual luggage requirements in the optional notes.
Do you offer trips outside Melbourne?+
Yes. Regional transfers are available, and we also offer private day trips throughout Victoria including the Great Ocean Road, Phillip Island, Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula and snow destinations.
Can I book a private sightseeing or day trip?+
Yes. Tourism and private day trips are arranged individually because itineraries, waiting time and stops vary. Call us to discuss your plans and arrange a custom price.
Do you provide transport for corporate clients?+
Yes. We provide pre-booked transport for business travellers, staff, executives, meetings, conferences and other corporate travel requirements.
Can I make a special request?+
Absolutely. You can include special requests when booking. This may include additional assistance, unusual luggage requirements or other information that may help us prepare for your trip.
